Aquila Family Specification
Introduction​
The Aquila Family Specification is a document that defines the Aquila System-on-Module (referred to hereafter as “module”). It defines the interfaces in terms of functional and electrical characteristics, signal definitions and pin assignments. It also defines other specifications to consider when integrating the Aquila System-on-Module into your product, such as power consumption, mechanical form factor, and key dimensions.
